Speed limit on Hopyard RD is 40 mph however the driver of this car drove like a turtle on a fast lane at 30 mph. The driver should have moved over to the slowest lane next time.

The Driver was tailgating people and weaving in and out of traffic in cypress texas. From there they proceeded to get behind me and stay close enough that I couldn't see the car at all in my mirror from cypress all the way to college station. No matter if I sped up, slowed down or changed lanes they would do the same and stay alarmingly close to me. They even went on the shoulder of the road to pass a car to get behind me again. I have no clue why, I was driving as I normally would from Houston to College Station.

Blocking two drive ways to go across the street to an elementary school when there is plenty of parking at the school in the front.

Motor has been modified, he is attempting to distract and race other drivers on the road. Windows are heavily tinted, beware.

Road Rage Reckless Driver is a DANGER to himself and everyone else! Erratic lane changes, sudden stopping for no reason, not using turn signals, and yelling at almost every vehicle he encountered. This driver is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and should not be allowed to drive!

Passenger seat smoking, tossing trash out the window and most disgusting of all SPITTING out their window at Hopyard/West Positas RD as middle schoolers on bikes came along. The person must do the same thing at their house.
