this lady is reckless in the same school zones multiple times.

I was driving along Eastern Parkway, in Brooklyn New York on August 29, 2002 at 6:29 pm when the driver began cutting me off and laughing. U tried to get away from him by moving to the next lane and he repeated the action 2 more times. I honked him and the driver began screaming obscenities and making racist comments "What are going to do about it SHANIQUA?!" I took a picture of his plate and he started to become enraged. The driver was a white male full dark beard, dark baseball cap, dark shirt and sunglasses, approx. 150 pounds, mid 30's to early 40's. I got past him and he and he began chasing me while his passenger recorded. Passenger was Hispanic male, early 40's, no facial hair, short hair, approx. 165 pounds.

They were going well over the speed limit and jumped in front of me without checking to blind spots, almost caused 3 way accident.

Excessive speeding,reckless driving, passing in no pass zones. Had multiple run ins with this vehicle in which she has almost caused an accident on multiple occasions.

Speeding tailgating swerving, cutting off other vehicles, chasing another vehicle which ran down the left turn lane at a stop light , went straight through the light an swerved back I left drive lane cutting off other drivers. Happened around 4pm during heavy traffic.

It was raining and the car was recklessly turning lanes without signaling and brake checking us for beeping at them.

Came up in a turning lane to try and pass us and they would've hit our car if we didn't swerve. They seemed as if they thought we were racist hicks because of our car because they tried doing it again towards the end of windsor road.

Last night at about 8:30 pm my 2 kids, my husband, my 2 dogs and I were crossing a street in our community in a cross walk. This guy was speeding through the neighborhood and almost hit us. My husband and I had to pull the kids out of the way. We yelled slow down because his car windows were down. He then proceeded to scream and curse at us and then revved his engine more and sped through the neighborhood so fas his car flew over a speed bump and he almost lost control and almost got the fence. This is my neighbor and I am a disabled Army veteran as well as my husband. Im afraid he’s going to kill someone by the way he drives and how angry he is. Kids ride around here on bikes. Everyone walks a lot here except him and his kids.

At light on east bay and missouri avenue, during school pick up hours, pulled and stopped directly onto the crosswalk. the crossing guard asked them to back up, but they rudely refused. it’s a crosswalk, first of all. second, why be so terrible to a crossing guard? it’s his job to help children and the like safely cross the road!

We were in the right lane trying to get into the left, and the wreckless driver(WD)was in that lane, traffic was coming to a slow stop, and WD was driving slow, so it was safe to merge into, who knows if it he was distracted or on the phone, but there was no wrong doing on my part, but he comes in dramatically and aggressively next to us, like if is was life and death, coming out, taunting at us, so we recorded before he was out for our safety and traffic started again and we moved on thinking that was it but we knew it wasn’t so then he comes at us again and now we’re on the very far left lane, and there’s no where we could go blocked by traffic and we was like just saying incoherent things, just very aggressive and plainly a WD

Usually they are many people in the car cruising at night to sheetz, harassing, slandering, and picking up fights with people just because they are under substance and in numbers

Driver cut off a car and almost caused an accident. After the car that got cut off beeped at the reckless driver, the reckless driver stopped at the next stoplight, got out of their car, and proceeded to walk towards the car they cut off screaming and waving their hands in the air trying to get the other driver to come out of their vehicle.

My first encounter with this dangerous driver was in Hereford, PA when he pulled out behind me. He was driving in the direction of East Greenville, PA when he crossed a double yellow line to pass me, going approximately 25mph over the posted speed limit. Also had a brake light out (right side). There was also a "lucky" woman in the passenger seat.
