Attempted to merge lanes and this vehicle speed up and almost caused me to go off the road resulting in me having to slam on the breaks to avoid being side swiped

This man was pulling out of a parking spot angry and proceeded to keep going hitting my left front mirror of my car on purpose while my baby was in the car.
