4/27/21 6:12-6:15 PM EAST ON DEERFIELD RD BETWEEN MILLWAUKEE AND SANDERS DISTURBES ALL FOLLOW TRAFICK WITHOUT WARNING SIGNALS AT A ONE MOMENT FREEZ ON THE ROAD/STOP ON THE ROAD

Quickly merged across multiple lanes of traffic into my lane. Only avoided a collision because I was able to move to the adjacent lane.

WAS TRYING TO RUN PEOPLE OFF HE ROAD UNNECERSSARY BREAK CHECKING THREATNING OTHER DRIVERS TRYING TO DERAIL OTHER VEHICLES

This driver was recklessly moving towards the right side of my car wanting to change lanes, but had the impatience to not let me finish passing them in my lane (since I do have the right of way) that the driver started to move close to me all while honking at me to move. As soon they went behind me & changed to the fast lane they speed up on the freeway.

Threw a cigarette out the window into tall dry grass during red flag warning

Driver sped past me in a school zone traveling over 50 mph in order to cut me off at the stop sign.

Silver SUV came up going 10+ MPH, proceeded to tailgate and cut off cars as it swirved through lanes. Used turning lanes to go straight and cut off other traffic. Think I saw it break check someone as well. Happened around noon. Unsure if state on plate is accurate.

Drunk/high driver, erratic and aggressive behavior.

Drove right up to my bumper kept blaring the horn then drove to pass me and cut me off with no room and just barely crashed my car; extremely reckless and almost totaled my car

I have video evidence of this guy breaking in front of other drivers. Then speeding up. For no apparent reason.

Carl is a 72 year old arrogant pedophile who met up with a 14 year old girl that he met on a dating website for lunch on April 22nd 2021 at 6pm after 35 days of chats that included inappropriate sexual messages. During the 35 days before the meetup he was very careful and asked for multiple verification photos, video calls, phone calls, researched the decoys phone number asking why it was a free number, and mentioned multiple times he knew he could get into a lot of trouble. When confronted during the lunch he was extremely smug, at first tried to claim he was actually trying to catch people on the internet lying about who they were (as he was in the middle of sitting down for lunch with the 14 year old decoy), made threats to the person confronting him, and claims he did nothing wrong. At one point during the confrontation Carl claims "Do you know how many people have told me they are 14 and arent?". In the end he keeps repeating he didnt think she was actually 14 (after setting up multiple meetups, canceling the first one because he thought he caught COVID, and then meeting in person shortly after). The driver of this red Kia almost hit me in Washington DC on April 23, 2021 at the intersection of Rhode Island Ave. NW and 14th St. NW. They failed to yield to pedestrians when turning right. I had to jump out of the way to avoid getting hit. They parked and I was able to get a photo of the license plate.

It was somewhere around Leonard St. NE where merging traffic was supposed to yield. I couldnt move over for them because there was a truck there beside me. This person on their phone began to merge into my lane INTO ME. What on earth... Had to slam on my brakes.

Driver was in a white truck pulling a box trailer. They pulled up on my right and proceeded to push me onto the shoulder.
