No concern for peoples lives. Pulled out of their driveway on me, had to slam on the breaks and swerve into someones driveway. Then as they kept driving, they would make lane changes that forced people to hit their breaks or go onto the shoulders to avoid an accident with this person.

Pressing the gas with their breaks on at a stop sign, leaving skid marks on the road, and making their back side slide from side-to-side and into the other lanes. Catcalling and yelling obscenities to the car driver ahead of them.

On March 5, 2020 at 5:36 p.m. a college age woman driving a 2013 Black VW Passat, almost rear ended me when I stopped to go over a speed bump. A little further down the street I stopped to make a left turn and she cut me off from behind. I got freaked out for me and my young family. I did not want to reveal where I was going until I was sure she would not find out my destination so I had to keep driving behind her. She noticed this and stopped her car in the middle of the road blocking the main street and an entrance to a cul de sac. She made a sudden u-turn and was now facing me. I tried to take a picture of the front license plate but, there wasnt one. I turned left into the cul de sac passing her and parked at the end of the street. From the curb, I observed her getting out of her car and locking it. Then she walked across the street toward a house. When she reached the sidewalk she abruptly turned around and got back into the car and drove down the court to where I was and parked behind me in the middle of the road. Once I saw her get back into the car I called 911. The dispatcher asked me for a description of the car (plate number). At this time she drove off back toward the entrance of the cul de sac. I told the dispatcher that I could get a plate number by following her. She ended up driving back to the entrance of the cul de sac and resuming the same parking spot at the curb. When I caught up to the girl, she got out of her car in the middle of the road and was recording me with her cell phone. She had long hair. One side white and one side black. Skinny. Short statured. I could see her mouth moving saying, "Are you following me!?" over and over again. The police asked me if I wanted to drive to the station or have them meet up with me. I ended up meeting with them. It took fifty minutes for them to show up just to tell me that there was nothing they could do about her reckless driving and aggressive behavior towards me and my young family. Not even a ticket for a missing front plate. Yea to the justice system. Ugh. It turns out we live in the same neighborhood where I walk my pet. That is why I am writing this. She really scared my young family. I hope she gets caught soon so she doesnt hurt someone. She has already demonstrated that she is quite capable of road rage.
