While in rush hour traffic this driver is literally on your bumper flashing headlights. Passed me on shoulder cutting me off to be in front of me.Then cut off drivers in front me . Person is an idiot

Witnessed driver exit vehicle at approximately 11pm on February 26, 2020. Driver was stumbling, barely could hold himself upright, and yelling obscenities - clearly intoxicated/inebriated. After being joined by two others, driver re-entered vehicle and sped off at high rate of speed.

Turned off Washington onto Warrenville Road.at the dead end. I am a silver Lexus w50s plate z818417 comes flying by well over posted speed in the left lane. Like I was sitting still. Bust guess would be over 70. Immediately changes to the right lane in front of me to close. I just tapped the horn saying. Saying that was too close. No one immediately behind me. Keeps speeding to the second light where we are both turning right. He slammed on his brakes. Would not go back up to speed. Tapping the horn again. Would not go. Now that enough room and safe to go around. I try to. As soon as it was clear he guns it so he up my on me. At the next light by the Mobile gas station I did increase the distance do to this person playing games. Now taking photos of me. Turned and he followed me until north avenue and county farm. When he was stuck behind someone. He would cut off at least 5 other drivers 5 times. By north avenue when I was at least a 2/4 mile away he speed to catch up with me. Where I was turning right onto Saint Charles Road. Just not safe for others to be on the road and drive like this. When I was turning. It really felt like his road rage was to use his car to force me out of the way. Why following from Naperville not cool. Note car was from a Naperville dealership

Tailgated my car down some neighborhood roads for about a mile and a half, finally kept straight after I turned, got onto State Route 136, he comes around tailgating another car, who turns onto a side road. He tailgated all the way down behind me until we turned onto I-19 and he passed me.

Driver ran a stop sign and cut me off, then flipped me off when I honked. My dog hit the dashboard and wound up on the floor of the front passenger seat.

The driver was on turnpike with a speed of approximately 95mph. The driver changed lanes without indicating, cut other cars and drove in front of them to hit the break to 65. When we wanted to pass him with 70mph he accelerated again. His speed was a minimum of 90mph and partly even higher.

This person was recklessly cutting people off and weaving through traffic. They came within inches of side swiping my car and hitting me just to get one car length ahead.

Car has insanely bright rear blinkers that are modified to blind the person behind them. Ive never seen it before. Looks custom. This is illegal and dangerous!!! I couldnt see when he turned them on

Driver and passenger threw rocks at another vehicles window for signaling in front of them. Followed the other vehicle and waited for it to roll down its window. Might have been a weapon involved. Saw a lot of motion from driver and passenger of Buick towards the other vehicle.

Extremely reckless driving. Passing a double yellow and almost creased head on.

Along the Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1), the driver cut me off once. Then when the road became one lane with the occasional passing lane, the driver consistently chose to stay in the right lane driving slowly, but when I would try to pass the driver safely in the passing lane, they would immediately cut me off and switch into my lane so that I was not able to do so. Then they would continue driving a slow speed so that all other cars could not pass.

This person put me and my passenger in danger. They were tailgating me for about 10 minutes, making me afraid to even slow down. When I came up to a stop sign they almost rear ended me and sped around the stop sign without stopping. They were swerving in and out of cars on the street almost crashing.
