This lunatic SPED thru the stop sign off of Woodburn Corners road onto 15th Street into passing traffic, in Plano, Tx. Lunatic barely slowed down to take the turn!!!

Passed me in a 30 going at least 60 in town

He was speeding on a residential block doing over 60mph and made a u-turn almost hitting 2 vehicles. Also has a ticket from a few weeks earlier for drugs/dui and was arrested then released.
