The 2008 Toyota 4Runner was observed traveling along West Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona, 85015. The incident occurred between 8:50 P.M. to 9:10 P.M. Arizona Time on November 17th, 2018 on West Thomas Road just before the entrance to Interstate-17 North. Possible VIN number is JTEBU14R58K028531. I observed the driver of the 2008 Toyota 4Runner traveling faster than the speed that I was traveling at after I exited the apartment complex and entered West Thomas Road WESTBOUND to head to Interstate-17 North and the driver stopped way too closely behind me and did not even leave space between my vehicle and his. Then, I observed the driver accelerating going over the speed limit. Driver weaved through traffic like a madman.

On ocean avenue going north, car swerved past a double parked car into our lane narrowly missing out car w 2 children by inches.

Roadrage at a car stopped in residential area with emergency lights on. The other car was not causing harm to others or blocking the road. Man lives in Ashton at Dulles Corner apartments on Wasser.

We are driving in the 15 the guy is so close to us that when we break we almost had to quickly divert to avoid him hitting us then he pulls in front of us and slams on his breaks like we did something wrong

US Rt 1 Southbound speeding, tailgating

The vehicle was going to crash into my vehicle and then the driver started tailgating my husband for about 60 miles. As it passed our vehivle the passengers in the vehivle were being vulgar and showing obscene actions.

The Dark Green 2006 Buick LaCrosse was observed traveling along West University Drive in Tempe, Arizona, 85281. The incident occurred between 9:45 P.M. to 10:10 P.M. Arizona Time on November 16th, 2018 on West University Drive just before the intersection at South Priest Drive. Possible VIN number is 2G4WE587961117241. I observed the vehicle accelerating faster than the speed that I was traveling at and the driver of the vehicle behind me tailgated me and followed behind me too closely. I was about to slow down to a red at South Priest Drive in Tempe when the light turned green and I accelerated. Then, I observed the driver of the Buick Lacrosse passing me and accelerated beyond the posted speed limit. The vehicle was speeding and exceeded the speed limit.

The White 2012 Hyundai Sonata was observed traveling along Interstate-17 North in Phoenix, Arizona, 85015. The incident occurred between 10:18 P.M. to 10:22 P.M. Arizona Time on November 16th, 2018 at exit 201 toward West Thomas Road on Interstate-17 North. Possible VIN number is 5NPEB4AC7CH331794. This vehicle has an Illinois license plate that reads E27-2321. This vehicle did use the right turn signal but made an unexpected, unsafe, last minute lane change to exit to exit 201 by crossing the gore area barely missing the highway divider. The driver could have lost control of the vehicle and could have slammed into the highway divider causing a fatal accident. A reminder to all drivers to please pay attention and if you miss an exit, please continue on to the next exit.

This murderous psychopath was in the far left lane on Independence road, right past Plano Pkwy, in HEAVY traffic. This murderous, violent, deranged psychopath HIT THEIR BRAKES in the far left lane on Independence and TURNED RIGHT ACROSS TWO OTHER LANES OF HEAVY, BUMPER TO BUMPER TRAFFIC to turn into a damned gas station!!! Vehicles had to slam on their brakes in the other two lanes and two vehicles in front of me almost ran into each other trying to avoid this murderously deranged lunatic!!!

Hit a kid near a school and he drove on the sidewalk on purpose then yelled at the window most likely a kid that goes there.

trying to change lanes (with turn signal on) and decides to cut me off, thus almost getting me into an accident with the car trying to make a left in front of me. Proceeded along and noticed this young man was looking a little bit dizzy so i expect he was not only drinking and driving but also underage drinking (which makes sense as there are 2 college campuss within 15 miles of the interaction). A few stop lights later i pull next to him at a red light and see that his window is down. i ask him if everything is alright and he responds by giving me the finger. Actually both of them

Nearly hit my vehicle flying through a stop sign. Didnt acknowledge doing so in the slightest. The Stop sign was in front of a childrens playground. She continued Speeding and tailgating and blowing multiple stop signs within just 10 minutes of traveling in the same direction.
