While stopped at a red light in the left through lane on Polaris Parkway WB, they put on their turn signal and pushed in front of a long line of cars turning left on a green arrow.
The proper move would have been to continue straight, turn left at the next light, turn around in a parking lot, then make a few right turns to get on I-71 SB instead of just pushing in front of the long line of cars waiting.

Had to drive to Manassas PD and get on phone with them for them to get her away from me. Should be considered extremely dangerous.
