The driver engaged in reckless merging and aggressive passing despite being a full car length behind. During the maneuver, the driver opened the moonroof to display middle fingers with both hands for more than 20 seconds, creating a severe distraction and traffic hazard. Due to the extremely erratic driving and highly irrational behavior, I strongly suspect the driver was operating the vehicle under the influence.

He was driving 40mph in a 55mph zone. He sped up as I tried to pass. An oncoming car came into view. He then swerved into my lane. When I backed of and tried to get back into my lane he slammed his brakes.

Then looked back and held the middle finger up which is another hazard as if she isn’t wrong. All of this took place with 2 police’s near by.

This insane jerk was driving down Route 1 South with heavy traffic and jumped in the turning lane to Blackburn Road to cut off all the drivers in the regular lanes. After he cut everyone off, he jumped in the turning lanes in front of Wawa on Neabsco Road. No signals, speeding, cutting off other drivers. Complete idiot.

Speeding and Reckless Driving, quickly merging in and out of lanes (right in front of people). Traffic on I-435 N can be heavy at rush hour, but this guy was really trying to fly in what seemed to be quite an unsafe manner. I'm very disappointed in his driving overall.
