Went in the turn lane and then cut me off in the main lane. also on state road 41 decided to go 20 mph over speed limit and cut me off and then wouldn't let me go through as he put his car diagonally and slowly straightened out when the light was green and flipped me off and said fuck you.

Male caucasian fellow in black colored 2012 Nissan 370Z -- Rhode Island plate 1HT994 -- has been racing around in this vehicle blaring a loud exhaust that emits loud bomb type sounds from the rear. The fellow has been racing around neighborhoods all hours of the day and night including during school pickup times and drop-off times. Mean, Nasty, Bully Behavior Black Female in her 40's driving down Rippon Blvd at a high rate of speed tailgating and darting between lanes. Almost caused an accident.

While driving south bound on I65 around Lafayette, this woman traveling the the same way comes up from behind traveling way too fast cutting people off, passing on the shoulder and coming within inches of the person in front of her. She’s going to kill someone. This happens every day around 10am.
