VIOLATIONS BY STATE
Female driver, totally distracted (most likely on the phone), swerving in and out of lane. How the driver passed their driver's test NO CLUE other than friend or family connection most likely.

The driver consistently switched lanes without looking, while I was behind them at a red light, I could see they were video chatting someone with a phone mounted to the windshield — finally they sped through a stop sign.

Hit her rear passenger door into my car while I was in my driver's seat in parking lot. If she gave a wave, I would've ignored, but she glared at me. If you lack depth perception, please park far away from others.

Speed limit on Hopyard RD is 40 mph however the driver of this car drove like a turtle on a fast lane at 30 mph. The driver should have moved over to the slowest lane next time.

The Driver was tailgating people and weaving in and out of traffic in cypress texas. From there they proceeded to get behind me and stay close enough that I couldn't see the car at all in my mirror from cypress all the way to college station. No matter if I sped up, slowed down or changed lanes they would do the same and stay alarmingly close to me. They even went on the shoulder of the road to pass a car to get behind me again. I have no clue why, I was driving as I normally would from Houston to College Station.
