The 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA was observed at a four way intersection on South Mill Avenue and East 5th Street in Tempe, Arizona, 85281. The incident occurred around 4:47 P.M. Arizona Time on December 3rd, 2018 on a four way intersection on South Mill Avenue and East 5th Street. Possible VIN number is WDDSJ4EB1EN035363. I observed the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA in front of the Tempe Orbit Shuttle Bus. Both were facing EASTBOUND. The driver was in the drive lane when the driver decided to make a left turn in a wrong lane. The driver of the shuttle bus honked and the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA waited for the other cars to move up on South Mill Avenue NORTHBOUND. After the vehicles moved up NORTHBOUND on South Mill Avenue, the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA moved forward and turned left onto the NORTHBOUND direction of South Mill Avenue. I also observed the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA sticking his middle finger from his driver side of the car. The driver of the shuttle bus stopped honking a few seconds after it passed the car and continued EASTBOUND, the same direction I was traveling on.

Aggressively cut me off, so I accidentally hit him and ended up damaging my car, he yelled a racist remark at me (which I am THE MOST angry about) then drove away.

Driving I 20 eastbound towards Douglas county the driver blantlay sped up to cut me off to get around a semi truck, I proceeded to continue to follow my route to work and flashed my lights at him to let him know inwas there when he cut me off . The driver then decided to throw a red bull can out of his window in an attempt to strike my vehicle. After that . He continued to weave in and out of traffic cutting people off until he exited on chapel hill road in Douglas county

I was driving down Enterprise road and this MURDEROUS PSYCHO DRIVER was at the STOP SIGN on Pebble Vale road. This lunatic driver was stopped there and had PLENTY of chances to go before I got there, but NO! This violently deranged lunatic driver had to WAIT until I literally started passing that intersection then PULLED OUT ACROSS MY FRONT BUMPER AND HITTING THEIR BRAKES, CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO SLAM ON MY BRAKES AND JERK INTO THE OPPOSING LANE WHERE I ALMOST HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE HEAD ON!!!! AND THIS PSYCHOLOGICALLY DERANGED, VICIOUS, MURDEROUS LUNATIC DRIVER JUST FUCKING KEPT ON GOING!!!! If I hadnt have had my hands crossed on my steering wheel, I would have busted my nose on my steering wheel!! Then this murderous psychopathic driver turned onto Park road and then turned RIGHT FROM THE MIDDLE LANE ON PARK into that business center on Park and Enterprise!!! And on top of that, it is dark out and this psycho-murderous driver was driving with NO headlights on!!!! Company vehicle belonging to - SRT Service Response Team DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I was driving down Renner in the far right lane, and had just passed George Bush Hwy, going towards Shiloh road.... I noticed this violent lunatic jerking back and forth from one far side of Renner to the other, and back again!!! NO regard for safety laws, other vehicles, or any body elses life!!! THEN the violent lunatic made an ILLEGAL u-turn at the intersection of Renner and Shiloh!! It was dark out and hard to make out what brand of car it was, but it looked like a dark color, possibly blue or black. And of course the "law" cant see fit to do their jobs and get these murderous psychopaths off the roads!

I was in the far left lane on Independence road going to the George Bush Hwy bridge, this other car was in the middle lane. As we started to pass over the bridge, they were slowing down and as I started to pass them, this psychotically deranged LUNATIC TURNS LEFT FROM THE MIDDLE LANE INTO THE LEFT TURN LANE AND ALMOST RIPS OFF MY FRONT BUMPER!!!! Another violent, deranged, murderous lunatic that the Plano, Tx "law enforcement" REFUSE to enforce laws on!!!

Driver was ignoring green light, likely looking down at a mobile device and drivers around him beeped horn to go. The driver proceeded, the light changed, and the driver was in the middle of the intersection when he decided to break as the light changed to yellow. A line of cars had to reverse behind the vehicle, in order for the reckless driver to make his way back to the light. The light changed back to green, the car revved its engine and proceeded to speed down a 45mph road, right past a stopped School Bus dropping off a child with its signals raised.

Decided to cut me off in traffic I-35 just south of the interchange with I-80. I changed into the lane the driver was previously occupying and sped up to pass him and get into the exit lane for Mills Civic Parkway. The driver then got in behind me turned on some weird flashing LEDs that were attached to the truck and then raced up behind me with his high beams on. Followed me off of the interstate in this manner until westbound on Mills Civic until the first stop light at the entrance to West Glen Towncenter where they pulled up next to me. I stared them down but couldnt see anyone because of the illegal tint on their side windows. They did not roll the window down. Tried to pull ahead of me at stop light so I crowded the intersection. I sat and waited at the light to see what they would do. They chose to run the red light and continued west on Mills Civic.
