Aggressive reckless driver swerved from lane to lane passing on right at extremely high speed and cutting off other drivers without regard for available space or human safety. Also ran a red light at the intersection of Baltimore Pike and 202 (12/9/18 at 2:57PM - there are red light cameras at the intersection so the incident has been reported).
