Idling car 15 minutes in parking lot while in store. This was outside the Hannaford in New Windsor off state route ny 32. There are emissions laws in Nys. I was sitting right next to this idling car that had had no driver in it and the occupant was inside the store.

Swerving between lanes in heavy traffic without turn signal

Male driver and female passenger were driving around Texas Avenue in El Paso offering cocaine and crystal to passersby. The male driver would then point a gun an adjacent drivers and laugh. At one point the couple were seen drinking beer bottles while driving. Was seen drinking an injecting substance into arms prior to driving. He swerved into the road and tail gated other vehicles, then proceeds to point a gun at a vehicle next to him. He was a brown latino man in his late 40s with a light skinned fat woman in the passenger seat. The car recked if marijuana and he threw a glass beer bottle from the drivers window at a pedestrian. This occurred on January 27 along Texas Avenue in Downtown El Paso.

Woman in her 40s, will drive approach male teens in her car, and offer them a ride in exchange for getting to know her. She will tell high schoolers how it would be fun to be with a mature woman with a mustang. The driver almost crashed into my vehicle after I moved in front of him. At the time, he was not paying attention to the road because he was texting. His actions almost caused a collision and created significant distress while I was driving home. Additionally, his aggressive demeanor following the incident made the situation feel unsafe. Based on his distracted driving and behavior, I believe he poses a danger to others on the road.
