Drove through the crosswalk, while It's lights were flashing, signaling a pedestrian was crossing. He continued driving South on Gulf of Mexico Dr near Bay Isles cross street. He drove through the light crosswalk very fast, in front of a couple on the crosswalk heading West. He came very close to hitting them. He didn't slow down but kept going.
