This person sped onto the right shoulder and then sped over to the fast left lane and then sped back to far right lane where that person had just been in within 5 seconds, crossing through 4 lanes. I would like to make a complaint about a driver of one of your Terminix cars, license plate BRH-6113 (North Carolina). The female individual driving the car made an illegal U-turn at an intersection with two solid red arrow traffic signals, into oncoming traffic. The turn was so wide that the driver had to switch to the reverse gear in time to narrowly avoid traffic. After this first incidient, this same driver delayed traffic at another intersection, by texting on her phone instead of looking at the traffic signals.
