Close to night time: 9:20pm, car is driving about 10-15 under speed limit, im trying to stay back as much as possible but like cmon, they then come to a complete stop and begin to exit vehicle, 2 people, 1 driver female probably 30s, and one passenger male probably late 30s maybe 40s.
