SEVERE ROAD RAGE. Crossed solid lines near a right turning lane at an intersection in an attempt to go around, hit curb and nearly side swiped two vehicles. Wound up at the same traffic light where bald male was flailing uncontrollably and gesturing like he had something in the car with him.
