Multiple times a day, this vehicle drives east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Many times, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'Do Not Enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley. On March 3rd at approximately 5:55pm in Greenville County, Mauldin on the intersection of West Georgia Rd & Cary Street. With heavy traffic, she went into the median to get on the left hand side turning lane where she cut me off & almost hit me to get on the right lane [in front of me] with NO turning signal. If I didn't slam on the brakes, she would've hit me. I did beep the horn but that didn't seem to phase her.
