Driver was texting at a red traffic light on Senoia Road around 8:15am. When light turned green the driver ignored the changed light and continued to text. The driver sat at the light screaming , hitting steering wheel and cursing, would not move. Cars had to go around car using the median.

White male cuts across 3 lane and cuts in front of me then have the guts to flip me off, when I went to snap a photo of his LP# he's threw a rock and some coins at my car then cusses me out and yelling for me (a female) to pull over.
