Driver crossed double lines to pass me, then cut me off forcing me to slam on my breaks to avoid a collision. She was irritated because moments before she was behind me when I stopped (with a line of stopped cars in front of me) to leave a gap between me and the car in front of me to allow cars going in the opposite direction to move, as the street was tight with snow and parked cars.
