extremely aggressive for no reason, randomly cutting people off for the hell of it just to go back in to the empty lane he was in. cut across all 3 lanes multiple times and almost swerved into us trying to run us off the road. slammed on brakes to almost a complete stop with nobody infront of them multiple times, to us and others. continued aggressive driving like this while i was on the phone with FHP. looked like he was trying to commit insurance fraud on someone. this was at 10:30 am on a normal day with basically no traffic and empty lanes all about.
