Tell the guy to stop the harassment and he yells on the phone, "Go ahead, tell the cops!!! Who cares!!! Go ahead!!! I know people, this guy and that guy at town halls, I have money to slick 'em down and I have an in to get me out of anywhere!!! Call the cops!!! Who cares???!!!" The target victims and children care "Mr. Robo", as the delinquent character's known from previous criminal harassment incidents.
