Discription of Events: Driving, westbound on State Road 580 while raining this car was behind behind me got in the left lane came around me and cut me off in the right lane to turn right. I had to apply brakes immediately since they came right at me in front of me. No turn signal, then proceeded to turn right. This was unnecessary since they could’ve waited until I turned off of the main road, but instead they cut me off and slow down in front of me in the rain. Inappropriate decision-making for change lanes.
