Discription of Events: Driver crossed double lines to pass me, then cut me off forcing me to slam on my breaks to avoid a collision. She was irritated because moments before she was behind me when I stopped (with a line of stopped cars in front of me) to leave a gap between me and the car in front of me to allow cars going in the opposite direction to move, as the street was tight with snow and parked cars. She then raced to beat me to the red light.
