Discription of Events: As we were driving on a road doing the speed limit this driver came up on us very fast and attempted to cross the double yellow lines to pass us when another car was coming. He had to immediately swing back into the lane and locked up his brakes as he skidded almost hitting us. His Need for Speed almost caused people to die today.
