Discription of Events: He passed me and 3 other cars on range line nearly hitting us and another car head on that had to go off the road to avoid being hit head on. He could have killed multiple people and continued to drive at a very high rate of speed. Nearly side swiped another car when he passed them also after nearly killing the first group of people. Get this Man off the roads before he really hurts or kills someone
