It was 4 in the afternoon, the car sped up from which I’m assuming was behind or the side of me, and swerved into the lane I was in suddenly making me hit my breaks, without using their turn signal. Once we were done on the main roads, they once again were swerving in front of other cars while changing lanes with no turn signal and were going at least 10 over the speed limit. I cannot remember what the making of the car was but I was gray.

Date of last witnessed violation: 10:31am July 12, 2026. Continually for almost 5 years, the same vehicle has been driving the wrong way daily in the city of Chicago, state of Illinois, in Cook County. The blue Chevrolet Equinox with IL plate DF74298 has been seen multiple times a day driving east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Often, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'do not enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley. Aggressive and inappropriate behavior in a parking lot after a near miss. Neither party strictly at fault as both were backing up at the same time, neither car was hit but owner of Ford explorer got out of car and bullied the other driver. I cannot imagine his behavior had their been an actual accident.
