Blue Chevrolet Equinox IL plate DF74298. Multiple times a day, this vehicle drives east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Many times, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'do not enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley.
